Diana Fiddes at Coldwell Banker in Key Largo, is the best, most professional full-time realtor to sell your property, commercial or otherwise, in the Florida Keys. After conducting a detailed market study, she priced our property perfectly, enabling us to sell it at the asking price with a prompt and efficient closing. Having bought and sold numerous properties over the years, we can say without a doubt that Diana provided exceptional client focussed service. She’s expert at valuation and negotiation, is responsive, and easy to work with, and she takes the initiative to foresee and address potential issues. Importantly, she always put us, the client, first.
